Nilo Pomaloy leads ShieldCoach as President. His previous experience includes global corporate security management roles at Hewlett Packard, Intel, Numonyx and ST-Ericsson. He holds professional qualifications in protection, risk management and business continuity.

ShieldCoach began in 2017 as ShieldCoach Security Company. In 2024, it incorporated as ShieldCoach Security Corporation.

Today, we provide guarding, security advice and training for businesses in the Philippines. Our leadership brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including global corporate security management roles in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
