ShieldCoach President and Co-Founder Nilo Pomaloy attended and spoke at the BPO Security Council’s 61st Membership Meeting on 29 January at Concentrix’s U.P.–Ayala Technohub site in Diliman, Quezon City.
The programme addressed security performance management and the legal challenges of cybercrime in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. It provided an opportunity for council members to exchange knowledge and discuss security concerns affecting their operations.
Nilo was one of two featured speakers, alongside Atty. Michael Montero of Concentrix.
